Service Description

DeskReady is a virtual training platform providing standard operating procedures (SOPs), downloadable templates, and training modules for executive assistants. Access is provided through a web-based subscription service.

Account Registration

To use DeskReady, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to premium content is restricted until a paid subscription is activated.

Subscription & Payment

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All SOPs, templates, training modules, and other content on DeskReady are the intellectual property of DeskReady and its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own professional development.

Limitation of Liability

DeskReady is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
